FAQ

Coverage, stack, quality, languages and cost.
Is the first month really $0?+
Yes. The first month is $0 on qualifying plans, with no long-term commitment. You can cancel with 30 days' notice.
How does the hourly rate work?+
Standard Monday-Friday coverage starts at $6 an hour for one agent and slides down to $3 an hour from eight agents. 24/7 coverage is a flat $5 an hour per agent. Full-time is estimated at 160 hours a month, part-time at 80. The rate is fully managed: recruitment, onboarding, training, management, QA, monitoring and reporting.
Why outsource customer support?+
It creates flexible coverage, specialist oversight and faster scaling without building every operational layer internally. CXProx shapes the model around your brand, channels, systems and service standards.
How quickly can a team launch?+
Timing depends on scope, access, workflow complexity, hiring and knowledge readiness. We confirm a realistic onboarding plan after discovery, not a universal launch promise.
Do you support Shopify and WooCommerce?+
Yes. We work across Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central and the support, operations and reporting tools commonly used around them.
Can you work inside our existing stack?+
Yes. The operating model is designed around the tools already in place wherever practical.
How does quality assurance work?+
Scorecards, ticket audits, calibration, coaching and continuous-improvement reviews, aligned to the brand and the outcomes being measured.
